How can I contact customer service?

If you have any questions or concerns about your ticket or our conference, please email us at [email protected].

You can also reach us using the form on our contact page.

We do our best to reply to all emails within 24 hours.

Can I register with a purchase order?

Yes! You can purchase one or multiple passes with a Purchase Order. Simply submit your Purchase Order to [email protected].

Be sure to include the following on the PO:

Purchase Order number
Accounts Payable point of contact - email and phone number
Complete billing address of Payer
First name, last name, and email address of each attendee

Once we receive your PO, we will create an invoice and send it to your Accounts Payable contact.

Can I get professional development hours for attending? Do you provide a certificate?

Yes! Your personalized certificate of attendance will be sent to the email address used to register for The Educator Summit.

PLEASE NOTE: Your certificate will reflect the amount of hours you have completed.

Expect delivery shortly after your access to the summit concludes. Please check your Inbox and Spam folders for your certificate. If you need your certificate sooner, please reach out to [email protected].

Where are the handouts?

Handouts can be found on the same page as the presenters session recording. Please be sure to download all materials while you have access to the portal. Once your account has expired, you will not be able to download these handouts without an additional charge.

What is your refund policy?

We stand by the quality of The Educator Summit. If you are not satisfied with your experience within 30 days, let us know. We will offer a full refund or work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Viewing Experience FAQs

Can I record these session or can I get the presenters slide deck?

No, you may not record or film any part of the sessions. Slide decks will not be available.

How do I watch the sessions?

Once you have registered, you will simply log into your Educator Summit account and you will see “Course Library.” Click on the session you wish to watch.

HELP! I can’t log in! I don’t remember my password!

You can request a new password by going into the login portal and clicking to request a new password. This will trigger an email that will be sent to you within 10 minutes. Please be sure to check your spam folder as these often end up in your junk folder.

How long do I have to watch the sessions?

You will have until March 31st to watch our winter sessions, that's over 90 days of access!!

You will have until August 31st to watch our summer sessions, that's over 90 days of access!!

Why didn’t I receive a registration email?

All registered participants will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. If you feel you made an error in your registration (i.e. incorrect email) please reach out to [email protected]

Do you offer closed captioning?
