Can I get professional development hours for attending? Do you provide a certificate?
Yes! Your personalized certificate of attendance will be sent to the email address used to register for The Educator Summit.Â

PLEASE NOTE: Your certificate will reflect the amount of hours you have completed.

Where are the handouts?
Handouts can be found on the same page as the presenters session recording. Please be sure to download all materials while you have access to the portal. Once your account has expired, you will not be able to download these handouts without an additional charge.
What is your refund policy?
We stand by the quality of The Educator Summit. If you are not satisfied with your experience within 30 days, let us know. We will offer a full refund or work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Can I record these session or can I get the presenters slide deck?
No, you may not record or film any part of the sessions. Slide decks will not be available.
How do I watch the sessions?
Once you have registered, you will simply log into your Educator Summit account and you will see “Course Library.” Click on the session you wish to watch.
HELP! I can’t log in! I don’t remember my password!
You can request a new password by going into the login portal and clicking to request a new password. This will trigger an email that will be sent to you within 10 minutes. Please be sure to check your spam folder as these often end up in your junk folder.
How long do I have to watch the sessions?
You will have until March 31st to watch our winter sessions, that's over 90 days of access!!Â

Why didn’t I receive a registration email?
All registered participants will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. If you feel you made an error in your registration (i.e. incorrect email) please reach out to [email protected]
